Adequate security measures have been taken to mark the Eid:IGP

After visiting the police's Plaza Shopping Center on Thursday, the police chief said, "The police will be deployed in a white uniform with the garment police, while the main congregation of the Eid will be held here. CC cameras have been installed in those places. Sufficient security measures have been taken so that the returning people do not face any kind of unpleasant incident. That is why there was no untoward incident in the station or terminal. There was no black market of tickets''.Responding to the queries of journalists, Shahidul Haque said, "There is no threat but there have been extensive security measures across the capital to mark the Eid. To ensure security, many police members were not given leave. This security system will continue for Eid for several days. Similar security measures have been taken in the district and upazila levels throughout the country''.
