At least 50 people were killed in bloody clashes between rival groups in the Central African Republic.
The conflict in the country's Brio city on Tuesday afternoon. A day after the ceasefire agreement was signed between the government and the insurgent groups, the clashes took place.Mayor of Bria said that the body of the corpse was found lying on the city street 580 kilometers north-east of the capital city of Bangui. Almost half a dozen people were shot in the shotgun. Their treatment has been given.Mayor Maurice Belliksoo said, 'I can talk about 50 deaths. 42 bodies were sent to the hospital. Some other bodies were lying in the neighborhood. They are not removed yet'.Witnesses said looting and arson were done during the clashes. Medical charity doctor Doctors Without Border said, 35 people got injured in the hospital for 9.30 minutes in the morning. Most of them were bullets.
