Two dutch journalists were kidnapped in a Colombian area near the Venezuela border.
Dark Bolt and Eugenio Folender disappear from Katatumbo late last week. There are several armed groups, including left-wing ALN.A few years ago, two journalists were looking for a baby in Colombia, a child in Colombia. The Colombian government authorities tweeted that those two people should be released as soon as possible.Last year, the ALN rebels kidnapped a Spanish journalist. Several more people from Colombia were abducted from the same area. After that they gave up all of them.The Colombian army said they had sent Special Forces to the area to find Dutch journalists.Two of the kidnappers were working for a program called Spurlus in Dutch TV. They have not been able to communicate with them for a few days. Dark Bolt was the presenter and Eugenie was also in charge of the camera.Most of the time they used to collect news in the 'E Tara' area of the Venezuelan border. The elcl group in that area is very active. It is believed that those journalists were abducted.Last year, Spanish-Colombian journalist Salud Hernandez was kidnapped by Moral ALN rebels in the area. He went to collect more news in Alka along with two other journalists.
