The National Board of Revenue (NBR) will purchase 50 thousand electronic cash registers (ECR) machines in the coming year to ensure value added tax (VAT / VAT) and to provide the traders with affordable cost.
Rezaul Hasan, Project Director, Vat Online, NBR and the organization of the Vat Online, informed the information on implementation of new VAT law in the conference room of the Dhaka Divisional Commissioner at Segunbagicha on Monday.Rezaul Hasan said the initiative has already been taken to purchase 10 thousand ECR machines for the supply of Electronic Cash Register (ECR) at affordable prices. Tender notice has been given once the tender is not given the desired value. In this way, there are plans to supply 50,000 ECR machines in step by step next year. We want to add 50,000 ECR machines a year.
