Shareholder agreement signed to establish Chinese economic zones

Industrial zones on the basis of about 783 acres of land in Chittagong's Anwara upazila.Executive Chairman Paban Chowdhury on behalf of Besar and vice president Shane Choyan Song, on behalf of China Harber Engineering Company Limited, signed the shareholder agreement.Prime Minister's Chief Secretary on Thursday. In the chairmanship of Prime Minister's Office, Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, the chief coordinator of the Prime Minister's Office (SDG), Chief Coordinator Abul Kalam Azad, was the chief guest at the signing ceremony. At present, the Chinese Embassy's Charge d'Affaires, executive member of Bager (Planning and Development) said. Md. Emdadul Haque, Executive Director of Bager Mohammad Ayub and the Prime Minister's Office's Director General and other officials.In the meantime, a Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries was signed during Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's visit to China from June 6 to 11, 2014 for the purpose of foreign investment to encourage rapid industrial development, industrialization, employment, production and export diversification. In continuation of this, meetings are held at different times with Prime Minister's Office, Beja, Chinese Embassy and China Harbari, to establish an economic zone of about 783 acres of land in Anowara upazila of Chittagong district.
