Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan said, "Even though late, the goodness of Khaleda Zia has emerged.
It seems like Khaleda Zia will participate in the next national election''.He said this at a function organized on the occasion of the second anniversary of the Dhaka Journalists Association (DJA) at the national press club conference lounge on Thursday.Shajahan Khan said, "Different leaders of the BNP talk about different types of talk at a time. Someone said that if they need it, they will wait till the time of judgment, then they will not come to the polls without the election-time government. Again, Khaleda Zia is seeking votes in the rice sheets to the people. In fact they are suffering from indigestion.The minister said, "The non-fitness vessels will not be able to move on Eid. There are strict instructions to not run the extra passengers. Strict measures will be taken against those launches that do not follow the rules''.To prevent irregularities in the Eid, the concerned ministries, mobile courts, coast guards and related agencies will work, said Shahjahan Khan.
