Agreement (APA) to enhance the transparency and accountability of the government, to ensure proper utilization of government resources and to improve institutional capacity.He said this at the Secretariat office on Wednesday at the secretariat with the secretaries of the Ministry of Textiles and Joint Secretaries of the Ministry and Head of the Annual Performance Agreement (APA).In the presence of Textile and Jute Ministry, Jute Minister Md. Amaj Uddin Pramanik MP, State Minister Mirza Azam signed this APA Agreement in the presence of the MP. The ministry secretary Fayzur Rahman Chowdhury and the head of the department signed this.Minister Md. Emaz Uddin Pramanik MP said, "This agreement will play an important role in achieving desired goals through proper implementation of government policies and programs."
