Awami League general secretary and road transport and labor minister Obaidul Quader has urged the Dhaka City Awami League leaders to close the holy house of Eid al-Fitr and stop the extortion shops of extortioners.
He said this at a function at the Iftar Mahfil and discussion meeting on the emancipation day of 11th June, at Radisson Club, Eskaton, in the capital on Sunday.To the leaders of Dhaka City Awami League, Obaidul Quader said, stop the shops of extortionists in front of the holy Eid al-Fitr. They brought the invitation. But you do not go to these shops. In front of the Eid, extortioners opened these shops. So they closed the extortion shops. We can set up these shops for the party, by blocking the country's democracy.
