Law Minister Anisul Haque left Dhaka on Sunday to attend 106th International Labor Conference (IELC), which began in Geneva, Switzerland on 4th June.
The discussion on Bangladesh will be held on 14 June. The law minister will highlight the present government's position in the implementation of the ILO Convention in Bangladesh and the protection of labor rights.This information was given in an advertisement sent from the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.The law minister will lead 38-member Bangladesh delegation to the conference. Representative of the State Minister of Labor Mujibul Haque, Legal Secretary of the Ministry of Law and Senior Secretary Mohammad Shahidul Haque, Labor Ministry Secretary Mikail Shipar, representatives of various organizations including representatives of business and labor organizations.The law minister has to return home on 17 June after the conference on 16 June.
