The Board of Directors of Paramount Insurance Limited, a listed company in the capital market, will be held tomorrow at 10am on Sunday.
AGMT will be held at Spectra Convention Center in Gulshan.According to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources, the audited financial reports, dividends and other agenda will be approved for the year of December 31, 2016. The company has completed the record date of May 22.The Paramount Insurance Board of Directors recommends 2% cash and 8% stock dividend for the year 2016. The earnings per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 1, 6, in the accounting year, the previous year was Tk. 34 paisa (after adjusting bonus shares). Net asset value (NAVPS) stood at Tk 14.18 on December 31.
