Human rights activist Sultana Kamal has demanded the safety of the UK-based human rights organization Amnesty International.
The organization said this in the context of custody threat.In a statement, everyone urged everyone to support their claim to ensure safety and to pressure the authorities to arrest the people threatened by threatening Sultana Kamal.Amnesty says that they have not seen any such publicly condemning the government official of Bangladesh government in the wake of such threat to the Hifazat activists and supporters of Sultana Kamal.According to the though the action was taken to protect Sultana Kamal, the previous record of the authorities of Bangladesh authorities is not very good for the protection of human rights activists.It may be mentioned that hefajat-e Islam has been accused of religious sentiment against a private TV channel in a discussion about Sultana Kamal's statement.
Hifazat supporters shared many videos online on the online video sharing site YouTube to promote violence against Sultana Kamal, according to a statement from the UK-based Human Rights Organization.
