The next general election will be held under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said by Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed.
He said, "The next election will be under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, because she will be in charge of the state as the head of the interim government''. The Election Commission will conduct the election. That election will be free and fair.Tofail Ahmed said these things at a rally on Thursday after establishing the foundation stone of Bapta Agricultural Services Building in Bapta Union of Bhola Sadar Upazila.Tofail Ahmed highlighted the picture of various development including Padmashetu, Paira port, conversion of the village to the city, and said the people will again bring Awami League back to power.When the BNP came to power, the community clinic closed the Padma bridge work. Padma Bridge is being worked on our own money.The minister said, Bhola district has been allocated more than Tk 15 billion for river erosion. To connect Bhola with Barisal, a bridge will be built on the Tentulia river.
