It is impossible to implement new VAT law in the coming fiscal year

Noting that implementation of new VAT law is not possible in the upcoming fiscal year.The organization claims that VAT revenues under the new law are totally technology based. The law requires two lakh ECR machines to implement. However, no government and private agencies have planned to import this machine. It is only 22 days to come and July 22 days.
