The World Bank believes it is necessary to make an integrated employment policy to increase employment in Bangladesh.
It has been said by the company that measures will be taken to increase employment with standard employment and gross domestic product (GDP) growth.These were said in a report titled 'Bangladesh Jobs Diagnostic' on Monday.The report was presented in a jointly organized workshop organized by the World Bank and International Labor Organization (ILO).Different aspects of labor market in Bangladesh are highlighted in the workshop organized at the Sonargaon Hotel in the capital.Workshop is said to be in the form of GDP growth rather than employment. On the other hand, a large number of women are out of labor force. In this situation, to create employment environment and reduce the employment opportunities in the garment sector, there will be a diversification of export products, creating skilled workers and creating a system of education in line with market demand.
