Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Libya and Yemen quashed diplomatic relations with Qatar on which the allegations have been baseless.
The country says there is no appropriate reason to sever ties with them.The six countries have violated the sovereignty of Qatar by the declaration of ties, the Foreign Ministry said. Earlier on Monday, the state news agency Riyadh announced the annihilation of the diplomatic relations with the Saudi King Agencies. It has been said that such decisions have been taken for national security.The Saudi Press Agency has issued a statement, which mentions that the territories of the region are providing shelter to the terrorist and communal groups in Qatar to create instability. Qatar has said in a statement that their sovereignty was violated. But the citizens and residents of the country will not be affected.
It has also been said in the statement that injustice has been done to us. There is no basis for the complaint that has been made. This will not affect the normal life of Qatar's citizens.
