In spite of the fact that the extension of the law-enforcing act (fast trial) is extended, the government has finally taken an initiative to amend the law.
To amend the law, it has been included in the uncontested Cabinet meeting to ratify a proposal titled 'Law and order disciplinary offense (Quick Judgment) (Amendment) Act-2017'. But the validity of the law on March 30 of that year was extended to five years.
