He said the government will provide all kinds of cooperation to promote technical education. It is possible to develop skilled manpower through technical and vocational education. This skilled manpower will serve as the foundation for the country's development. Outside the country, skilled manpower will be able to work.The Prime Minister said this while addressing the 2nd National Conference of Bangladesh Private Polytechnic Owners Association (BPOPA) at the Institute of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh (IDEB) in Dhaka on Saturday.Education Minister said, in 2009, only one percent of the total students were studying in technical education, which has been increased to 14 percent by the government's sincere efforts. It will be upgraded to 20 percent in 2020.
