Rational behavior and the greed can be controlled by gossip, it can be safe for most people in the cyber world, said Chief of Counter Terrorism and Trans-National Unity (CTTC) Monirul Islam.
He said this while speaking as a special guest on the concluding ceremony of a workshop titled 'Cyber Security Awareness for Women Empowerment' at Dhanmondi Ideal College auditorium on Thursday. The electronic signature certification authority (CCA) organizes this workshop in the Information and Communication Technology Department of the government.
