Sweden will help to increase the statistical bureau

Swedish Ambassador Johan Freisel, who is engaged in Bangladesh, expressed his interest when meeting with Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday.After the meeting, the minister told reporters that the Prime Minister will visit Sweden in mid-June. The relationship between the two countries will be further progressed. Sweden is eager to help BBS's Capacity building project. Sweden's statistics department is very advanced, they will also help.Ambassador Johan Friesel said that they talks between Sweden and Bangladesh are going on in technical assistance. A technical team from Sweden will come to Bangladesh soon, they will find different aspects of support. He said that the help type of help will be available in Bangladesh and the understanding of the size of the assistance after knowing what kind of support is needed in any branch of BBS.
