BNP standing committee member Barrister Moudud Ahmed suspended the proceedings of the Nike Corruption case for three months.
The appeal bench of the four judges headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha on Wednesday ordered the order on Moudud Ahmed's petition.Barrister Moudud Ahmed heard in the court. Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon was accompanied Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan pleaded for ACC.Later, Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokan said that the case of the appeals division will remain suspended for three months due to the trial of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, Barrister Moudud Ahmed and others in the lower court.
