The cabinet has approved a draft agreement for cultural cooperation with Bhutan.
In a regular meeting of the cabinet held at the Secretariat on Monday, the cabinet approved a draft of this agreement. The meeting presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam told reporters after the meeting.She said, the Prime Minister will soon visit Bhutan. The agreement will be signed there. Under the agreement, there will be cultural exchange between the two countries. This is as typical as other treaties. This agreement will be valid for five years. However, if the two parties want it, they can renew it for the next five years.
