The government is going to sign an agreement to increase the scope of investment between Bangladesh and Oman entrepreneurs.
In a regular meeting of the cabinet held at the Secretariat on Monday, the Cabinet approved a draft agreement on this matter. The meeting presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam told reporters after the meeting.He said, 'Bilateral capital investment and protection agreement between Bangladesh and Oman will be signed. This is also our investment agreement with many countries. He further said, "If this agreement is going to increase the flow of investment in both the countries." Employment will be created and opportunities for technology transfer will be created. After the cabinet approval, the two countries will now sign the agreement.
