Road conservation claims under the Road Transport Act

Its interest could be neglected due to the absence of a passenger representative while creating the Road Transport Act-2017. Therefore, the organization has demanded to protect the interest of the passenger general in decision-making for public-private decision-making.The organizing secretary general Mozammel Haque Chowdhury demanded a press conference organized by the Jatiya Kalyan Samity in the National Press Club on Wednesday.He said, at various times the government members of the Jatiya Kalyan Kalyan Samity were members of the government decision-making forum like CNG Auto Rental Committee, Taxicab Rental Committee, Intercontinental Eid Management Committee, Dhaka Metro RTC, Chattemetro RTC. But the passenger representatives did not hold the Road Transport Act-2017. As a result, passengers' interests in the law have been largely neglected. I am afraid that the passenger will be totally ignored by this act.
