Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has emphasized the use of joint water resources of Bangladesh and India as a single power.
He said, "If the Teesta Agreement is signed, the relations between the two neighbors will overcome the new phase of transformation."He mentioned the optimism he had received from the India Foundation at a hotel in New Delhi on Monday.
