The High Court has issued a rule to know why they will not be appointed on merit basis by the merit of 225 examinees who passed the private teacher registration exam.
On Monday, the High Court bench of Justice Kazi Reza-ul-Haq and Justice Mohammad Ullah issued the rule.Advocate Yunus Ali Akand pleaded for the petition in the court.In the next 4 weeks, Education Secretary, NTRC authorities have been asked to respond to the rule.
