Security workers were able to bring the bomb in a flat in the city safely.Three days before the bomb blast in the St. Petersburg metro train, 14 people were killed in the blast at the residence of the Russian police.According to Russian news agency RIA Novosti, the BBC Online said that police arrested some during the drive in the flat on Thursday morning.
