BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia appealed to the High Court challenging the legality of taking two cases against the bus firing incident.
At the same time the activities of these two cases have been postponed.Khaleda's lawyer Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokan filed this petition on Tuesday. On Wednesday, he told the media.
The hearing on the petition will be held on Sunday in the High Court bench comprising Mifatah Uddin Chowdhury and Justice ANM Basir Ullah.The Dhaka Metropolitan Special Tribunal-1 has fixed the date for hearing on the question of formation of two charges on April 10.
