The world community to come forward faster with the help of millions of people of famine and drought in Africa and Yemen.An emergency proposal passed in the conference on Tuesday.Earlier on Sunday, the proposal was accepted in the general discussion of the conference. The next day on Monday it was discussed. Proposal on behalf of Belgium, UK and Kenya representatives was taken in the IPU session.
