BNP standing committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury remarked that the people of Bangladesh are sitting on the defense contract with India.
He said this at a discussion on 'Suppressionist aggression: sovereignty and national security' organized by Bangladesh Labor Party at the Dhaka Reporters Unity at the Sagar-Runi auditorium of the capital on Monday noon.Amir Khasru Mahmud said, "The people of Bangladesh have lost the language of protest because of the government's fear, but the people of the country are shielding the defense deal with India."
