BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has alleged that the government is resorting to creating a scary environment by arresting opposition leaders and workers to prolong the power.
In a statement on Sunday, he said, "The government is creating a panic and alarming environment because of their dire misrule. Opposition leaders and workers, including the common people of the country, have adopted the means of prolonging power. '
"If we look at the overall situation of the country, it is understood that the government is resorting to suppression of opposition leader and workers by endlessly with such negative political situation and law and order."
