Dhaka Custom House Commissioner Lutfar Rahman has been appointed as a new member of the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
Lutfar Rahman NBR member (taxpayer), Grade-1 Farid Uddin will be replaced.This information was revealed on Thursday by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs, Assistant Secretary, Dilip Kumar Sarkar.NBR sources said, Md. Lutfar Rahman BCS (Customs and Excise) cadre officer. He is currently serving as Commissioner of Dhaka Customs House from March 5, 2015. Md. Farid Uddin is going to retire on 30 March.
