The public and private partnership (PPP) has been called for the development of shrimp and fisheries sector.
The call was made at a workshop on strengthening the public private-partnership (PPP) in the sustainable development of the Aquua culture sector in Bangladesh organized at Fisheries Building on Wednesday afternoon. Department of Fisheries and Bangladesh Shrimp and Fisheries Foundation jointly organized the workshop.Director General of Fisheries Department Syed Arif Azad presided over the workshop.He said the contribution of shrimp sector to 3.65 percent of GDP.
