Faisal Ahmed Faiz fraud case against a retired judge of the High Court issued a summons.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Faisal Ahmed Khurshid Alam issued the summons to appear before the court foyez.Earlier Thursday morning, Gulshan branch of Social Islami Bank Senior Executive Dr.Mustafa Kamal filed the case on behalf of the Bank. The court took cognizance of the case and issued summonses.
