At the state level for the import of rock phosphate and phosphoric acid, Bangladesh and Jordan signed the MoU.
Amman, Jordan on 10 February and Jordan Phosphate Mines Company BCIC Chairman MoU was signed by the Chief Executive Officer.The industry ministry said in a press release sent.At the time, visiting Jordan and the Jordanian Trade and Industry Minister Amir Hossain Amu were present.The statement also said, as a result of the signing of the Jordanian government-owned Bangladesh 1 lakh 50 thousand metric tons of phosphate rock phosphate from company and phosphoric acid will import 1 million tonnes.
