Bangladesh Academy for Rural Preservation Ordinance of 1986 repealed and the Bangladesh Rural Development Academy of the National Assembly passed Bill 2017.
The National Assembly Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury fourteenth adhibesene bill was passed by voice vote.The public opinion survey and the amendments brought by voice vote on the bill was rejected. After the passage of the bill was proposed Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain.2011 ordinances issued by the Supreme Court canceled the verdict of the military regime of the Act is repealed. After the repeal of the ordinance and managed to rule in 2013 enterprises a solution to the legal vacuum in the interest of maintaining the effectiveness of the laws in effect to the provisions of the Ordinance issued by the President.
