From now on, non-citizens can open foreign currency savings accounts.Bangladesh Bank issued a circular on Monday.
It has been said, all of the non-resident Bangladeshi citizens by birth and those who have dual citizenship or permanent residence abroad, those non-resident foreign currency savings are allowed to open accounts.You can open the account with the authorized dealers concerned. According to the circular, the account holder will, as long as people are able to manage their accounts and the persons eligible after coming back any time will be allowed to open such accounts.
