BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and 12 activists on charges of sabotage against the indictment in a case filed court has set a hearing date on 24 April last year.
During defense at number two on Wednesday granted the Special Tribunal Judge Ruhul Amin fixed.Fakhrul's lawyer Sanaullah Mia said Wednesday the case was in charge for the hearing. Fakhrul mother fell ill, but admitted to the ICU of the hospital Birdem. To look after his mother arrived at the hospital because he was unable to appear in court. So we applied the charge to delay the hearing. The court granted the petition and set the next hearing date of 24 April.
