Bangladesh Cotton Association (BCA) and the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) are jointly organizing the conference for the third time.Radisson Water Garden Hotel in the capital on Friday morning, Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, will inaugurate the conference.BTMA at a press conference on Wednesday, said the Vice-President Mohammad Ali. BTMA director Mosharraf Hossain and Elias were also present at Shiraji, BCA secretary and joint secretary general Ali Mehdi Matin said.
