BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia filed a sedition case against the indictment, the court
has set a hearing date of November 8th.The case was fixed for hearing on charge framing. But, due to ill health she was unable to appear in court. For this reason, the application period is in his favor. Khaleda's lawyer Sanaullah Miah and Masud Ahmed Talukder filed the petition.After the hearing, defense plea of the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Md. Kamrul Hossain Mollah set the arraignment hearing.
