Afghan capital Kabul on Monday, an explosion near a military vehicle at least 3 people were injured. Afghan official said on condition of anonymity, the busiest time of the
morning explosion near a military vehicle. During the explosion police vehicle was on a road. The two passenger cars and a pedestrian were injured. Meanwhile, a witness said on condition of anonymity, said the blast killed one person and injured two others. The Interior Ministry has yet to comment on the matter.
