The provision of compulsory life insurance of passengers Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Act 2016 bill has been raised.BRT in five districts of Dhaka and surrounding the
parliament building has been in the bill. Are the districts of Dhaka, Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Gazipur and Narsingdi.The speaker Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury presented the bill in Parliament, Minister of Road Transport and Bridges. With the bill involves the question of public expenditure has been taken due to the recommendation of the President.According to the proposed bill, BRT buses and passenger insurance has been made compulsory. The BRT buses and passenger bus when no other arrangements have been made to compensate for the loss of a person or property.
