Three people were killed in a blast in Afghanistan's northern province of bulk. At least 14 people were injured. The explosion occurred in the district of the province on
Thursday. The injured were being treated at a local hospital. The initial cause of the blast was not immediately known. In this regard, one of the officials said the bulk of the province, Abdul Razzaq kaderi, the scene was detonated explosives in a bag. But it was not clear who or what caused the explosion.
