Japan's southern island of Okinawa to protest against the US military presence on the
island a lot of people are gathered. The demonstrators are members of a former US Marine rape and murder of a local woman angry 20 years old. The island, a former soldier working as a civilian employee and was arrested a few days ago. As a result, a long-standing opposition to the US military base in the incident has been more robust. The protesters are calling for the withdrawal of US military personnel to the island. Okinawa is 26000 US soldiers.
