To create panic among the people for the murder of the said Public Administration

At the time, he said, a nation of heroes Bengalis. We have liberated our country in war. Bengalis fear can accommodate one or two people can not be killed. Such a murder is to create panic among the people. However, the law-enforcers are active. The mission is to catch the criminals.
