Public Service Commission (PSC) chairman was appointed by former Education
Minister Mohammad Sadiq. He is currently serving as a member of the Commission. On Monday, the former secretary of the Public Administration Ministry issued an order to appoint the chairman of the PSC. According to the order of the Ministry of Public Administration, Article 138 (1) paragraph powers the President has appointed him to the post. The appointment will be effective resigned from his position as member of the Commission.
