Railway Minister Mujibul Haq said of Bangladesh Railway 4 thousand 391 acres of land has been illegally occupied. The government has taken steps to free these lands. He is

a member of the Jatiya Party, Salma Islam Replying to a question, 2015 from October to March this year, a total of 13 percent of Bangladesh Railway in the east and in the west by the abolition of the 19-acre  has been free from occupation. Minister of Bangladesh Railway in the east and the west of nearly 21 acre 1 of 4 percent to about 3 percent of the 387 total percent of the 391 acres of land has been illegally occupied.
