Uttara Finance Ltd. Board of Directors meeting will be held on 29 March next year. The

meeting will be held at 3 pm the same day afternoon. The DSE sources said.

According to sources, the meeting of the company's accounting year ended on December 31, 2015 audited financial reports will be reviewed. The declaration of the dividend to the shareholders of the company may come.
