Hong Kong never be an independent or autonomous country, a senior Chinese official

has declared. A University of Hong Kong a few days before the paper is printed, by the year 2047 in Hong Kong will recognize the United Nations as a separate country. And the country will be the country's own constitution and democracy. The parliamentary law committee's writing  said, it's impossible. Hong Kong to be independent?
