Bangladesh has been recognized by the UN war crimes tribunal. Committing war
crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the war of liberation against whom there is evidence that the judgment of the United Nations recognizes it. The United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva in March 1973, the 9 th session of the trial as soon as possible after the war of 1971, the government adopted a resolution recognizing the initiative.
