The first phase of the Union Parishad elections, UP 6 times out of 732 uncontested candidates was elected chairman of the ruling Awami League. And since no candidate
has been declared elected by the Election Commission secretariat senior assistant secretary Farhad Hossain said Sunday. The first phase of the UPs to vote on the next two, 70 times out of his party's nomination to the Chairman of the candidates did not. The second phase of voting in 58 of the 647 seats the party chairman candidate is UP.
